Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about mobile DOT & non-DOT drug testing.

How fast will I get my results?
Negative drug screens are typically available within 24–48 hours. Non-negative results take longer because they go through laboratory confirmation and Medical Review Officer (MRO) review.
What is the difference between DOT and non-DOT testing?
DOT testing follows strict federal Department of Transportation procedures and panels required for safety-sensitive employees. Non-DOT testing follows your company's own workplace policy and can use custom panels.
Do you really come to our location?
Yes. Our qualified collectors travel to your job site, terminal, or office throughout the Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL areas — no need to send staff offsite.
What does the employee need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. For DOT collections, that ID is required before the collection can begin.
Can you handle a post-accident test on short notice?
Yes. Post-accident and reasonable-suspicion collections are time-sensitive — contact us right away and we will dispatch a collector as quickly as possible.
How do we pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and invoicing. Minimum service is $125; after-hours appointments are available on request for a $200 fee.
